Shipping Policy
All orders ship from within the United States via UPS with RFID tracking.
Processing time
Orders for 30 ML vials are typically processed and handed to UPS within one business day. 10 ML vials are produced per order — please allow 1–3 business days for fulfillment before shipping begins.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET, or on weekends and holidays, begin processing the next business day.

Wholesale shipping
All wholesale orders ship free via UPS Standard, 3–5 business days, regardless of order value.
Delivery estimates
Delivery estimates are business days from the date the carrier receives the package, not from the date the order is placed.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed when your order ships. All shipments include RFID tracking.
Carrier delays
Once a package is in UPS's possession, delivery timing is outside our control. We are not responsible for carrier delays, including those caused by weather, service disruptions, or address issues. If a shipment appears lost or stalled, contact us at admin@clearbac.co and we will open a trace with UPS on your behalf.
Damaged or lost shipments
If your order arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and contents before discarding anything and email admin@clearbac.co within 7 days of delivery. See our Refund & Returns Policy.
Delivery area
We currently ship within the United States only. International research customers may email admin@clearbac.co to discuss case-by-case fulfillment.
Address accuracy
We ship to the address entered at checkout. We cannot reroute a package once it is with the carrier. Orders returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address will be refunded less shipping costs.
