Privacy Policy

What we collect

• When you place an order: name, email address, shipping address, billing address, phone number if you provide one, and your order history.
• Payment information: processed by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.
• When you join a stock notification list: your email address and which vial size you asked about.
• When you contact us: whatever you include in your message.
• Automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring site, and similar analytics data.

Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep your cart working, to understand how the site is used, and to measure advertising.

Because our storefront (clearbac.co) and our checkout (clearbac.dev) are separate domains, we use cross-domain measurement so a single visit is not counted as two. This works by passing a measurement identifier between the two sites.

We use Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement. Google may set cookies and use this data subject to its own privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy. You can opt out of Google Analytics via tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Your browser can block or delete cookies. Blocking them may break the cart.

How we use your information

To process and ship orders; to send order and shipping confirmations; to answer your questions; to send stock notifications you asked for; to detect and prevent fraud; to measure and improve our site and advertising; and to meet legal and record-keeping obligations.

Who we share it with

We share only what is necessary, with:

• Payment processors, to take payment
• Shipping carriers (UPS), to deliver your order
• Hosting and e-commerce providers, who operate our site and store
• Analytics and advertising providers, as described above
• Professional advisors and authorities, where required by law

We do not sell your personal information.

Marketing email

We send transactional email (order confirmations, shipping notices) as part of fulfilling your order. If you opt into stock notifications, we send a one-time note when that item is available. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.

How long we keep it

Order records are retained as long as needed for business and tax purposes, typically seven years. Stock notification emails are deleted once the notification is sent or you unsubscribe. Analytics data is retained per the provider's default retention.

Your choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of certain sharing. Email admin@clearbac.co and we will respond within the time your jurisdiction requires. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

California residents: we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA.

Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

Our site is not directed to anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, email admin@clearbac.co and we will delete it.

Changes

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date reflects the current version.
