Refund & Returns Policy

The short version

Unopened, unused vials can be returned within 30 days. Opened vials cannot be returned. If we got your order wrong or it arrived damaged, we fix it at our cost.

Returns of unopened product

Unopened, unused vials in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

• Return shipping is paid by the customer.
• A return authorization is required before shipping anything back — email admin@clearbac.co with your order number.
• Returns received without prior authorization may not be refundable.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving and inspecting the return.

Opened vials are final sale

We cannot accept returns of opened, punctured, or used vials under any circumstances.

This is not a convenience policy. Once a stopper has been punctured, we have no way to verify what the container has been exposed to, and we will not resell or restock material whose chain of custody we cannot vouch for. That standard is the entire basis of the COA we publish for every lot.

Wholesale orders

Wholesale is sold in full packs of 100 vials. Returns are accepted only as complete, unopened packs within 30 days. Partial packs cannot be returned.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, is missing items, or does not match what you ordered, email admin@clearbac.co within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the packaging and product.

We will replace the affected items or refund them in full, at your choice. You will not pay return shipping, and in most cases we will not ask you to ship anything back.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before they ship. Once a tracking number has been issued, the order is treated as shipped and the return terms above apply.

10 ML vials are produced per order and enter production quickly — cancellations on 10 ML orders may not be possible after the first business day.

Undeliverable packages

Packages returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address are refunded less the original shipping cost.

Billing descriptor

Credit card charges for orders placed through clearbac.co will appear on your statement with the descriptor "ClearBAC". Refunds are issued to that same payment method.
